The single life definitely has it's pluses. Thinking about it I can eat whenever I like. Come and go as I please. Play my favourite music as loud as I want to. Veg in front of the TV eating sweets all to myself and watch the programmes I want to see or stay on my computer as long as I want to. Great for a while but I could end up totally self focused, unhealthy, and unable to communicate with others or even worse - ALL of that could happen... Scary thought!
I'm very much a social creature and love interaction with fellow humans. It's good to go out and meet others but it doesn't quite reach the deeper need. I go home and I'm alone. It's just me myself and I - again....
The question is would I share my packet of sweets, change TV channels and make room for some one else in my life if I get the opportunity?
Yes - but he wouldn't get my last chocolate!

Light Bulb Moments
There have been many times my children have said 'You should write that down Mum'. I've agreed but never wrote beyond occasional snippets in my diary. Recently my daughter was telling me she had started blogging. She made it sound so interesting that, well, here I am -my first blog.
Now what to say... Why is it that when you need a light bulb moment it never comes. If only some one would throw that switch!
